Individual unit camperships for leadership training
Many units recognize the importance of leadership training and will offer financial assistance from unit funds to youth and adults to attend.

Youth Services Association – For Costa Mesa youth residents up to 18 years old

Many corporations offer grants and scholarships to adults and sometimes youth for leadership development
